At MCN Beauty Aesthetics, your safety, comfort, and trust are my top priorities. Please take a moment to read the following policies before booking.
Consultations
All clients require a consultation prior to treatment. This allows time to discuss your goals, assess suitability, and ensure treatments are appropriate and safe. I reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not in your best interest.
Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling to ensure all clients receive the care they deserve.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or a charge, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.
Deposits
Deposits are required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if adequate notice is given in line with the cancellation policy.
Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to medical suitability. You must disclose accurate medical history, medications, and previous treatments. Failure to do so may result in treatment refusal.
Results & Expectations
Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Aesthetics is about enhancement, not perfection. I focus on natural, balanced results tailored to each client.
Aftercare
Clients are required to follow all aftercare advice provided. MCN Beauty Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
